RETURN AND REFUND POLICY



At Neighbourhood Baguette, our primary goal is to deliver fresh, delicious products straight to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, there are certain restrictions when it comes to refunds and returns. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the guidelines as mentioned bellow

    1.    No Refunds or Exchanges for Perishable Goods:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on our products once they are shipped. Since all items are freshly baked to order, we cannot resell returned items as their quality cannot be guaranteed after delivery. Resulting in, all sales are considered final.


    2.    Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address:
To ensure smooth delivery, it is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete and your order is undeliverable, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check your details carefully before confirming your order.


    3.    Missed Delivery Attempts and Returns:
Our couriers make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable to receive the order, and the item is returned to us after several failed delivery attempts, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or replacement. We advise customers to track their shipments and be available to accept delivery in a timely manner.


    4.    Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@neighbourhoodbaguette.com. We require a clear photo of the item to assess whether it qualifies for a refund or replacement. Without photographic evidence, we will not be able to process your claim.
    •    Eligibility Criteria: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Only items that meet these criteria will be considered for refunds or replacements.
    •    Timeframe: You must report any issues with your order within 24 hours of receiving the product for us to process your claim.


    5.    Return Process:
If your item qualifies for a return due to a fault or incorrect order, please initiate the process by contacting us at support@neighbourhoodbaguette.com.
    •    Order Information: Be sure to include your order number or proof of purchase when making your request.
    •    Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the next steps via email, including instructions on how to return the product if necessary.


    6.    Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, any items not reported within 24 hours of receipt or without the necessary proof (photo and order number) will not be eligible for returns.


    7.    Responsibility for Shipping Costs (Returns):
If you are approved for a return due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item. However, if the return is initiated due to any other reason, the customer shall be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.


    8.    Refunds (if applicable):
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be disbursed to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
